Welcome to Concrete Framez. By creating an account or accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

Section 1 — Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Concrete Framez, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this platform.

Section 2 — Your Account

Registration. You must provide an accurate, working email address and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Aliases Welcome. You are not required to register or post under your legal name. You're free to join and be known on Concrete Framez under any alias, pseudonym, or display name you'd like — just don't impersonate another real person or existing member.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for your account. Concrete Framez is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. Notify us immediately through our Support Center if you suspect unauthorized access.

One Account Per Person. Members should operate a single account representing themselves or their brand. Creating additional accounts to evade an active ban or suspension is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent removal of all associated accounts.

Section 3 — User Content

Your Content Is Yours. You retain ownership of any original content you create and post on Concrete Framez, including tutorials, workflow breakdowns, tool reviews, and creative writing. By posting content on the platform, you grant Concrete Framez a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates sexual or exploitative content involving minors, real or AI-generated, under any circumstance
• Uses a real person's likeness in sexual, degrading, or non-consensual content
• Constitutes harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of another member
• Spreads deliberate misinformation, impersonates another person, or contains malware, spam, or unauthorized promotional material

Content Removal. Concrete Framez reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Section 4 — Community Conduct

All members agree to:

• Treat other members with respect in all interactions
• Critique work, not the person who made it
• Credit sources and workflows they build on rather than passing others' work off as their own
• Label AI-generated content that could be mistaken for real footage
• Report rule violations through proper channels rather than public callouts

Section 5 — AI-Generated Content & Likeness

Members must have consent or a license to use any real person's likeness in AI-generated content posted on this platform. Content that could reasonably be mistaken for authentic, unaltered footage of a real event or person must be labeled as AI-generated.

Zero tolerance: content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative manner, real or AI-generated, results in immediate, permanent removal with no appeal, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Platform Content. All platform infrastructure, design, branding, and original content created by Concrete Framez is the property of Concrete Framez and may not be reproduced, distributed, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Third-Party Tools. Concrete Framez is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any AI model providers, image generators, video generators, or editing software discussed on this platform. Use of those tools is subject to their respective terms of service.

Section 7 — Termination

Concrete Framez may suspend or permanently ban your account at any time for violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately.

Section 8 — Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Concrete Framez is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of content posted by users (including tool reviews, tutorials, or income claims shared by members), or fitness for any particular purpose. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concrete Framez is not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform, content posted by other users, or technical interruptions.

Section 9 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the platform. Continued use of Concrete Framez after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
